Prime Salon Leads End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a legal agreement between you ("User," "You," or "Licensee") and Prime Salon Leads ("we," "us," or "our"), governing your use of our software services, including any related documentation and updates (collectively, the "Software"). By accessing, downloading, installing, or using the Software, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Software.

1. Grant of License

Prime Salon Leads grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the Software solely for your internal business purposes, in accordance with this EULA and any associated documentation.

2. License Restrictions

You agree not to:

Modify, adapt, alter, translate, or create derivative works based on the Software.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Software.

Rent, lease, lend, sell, sublicense, or otherwise transfer your rights to the Software to any third party.

Use the Software for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful activities, or in a manner that violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

Access the Software to build a competitive product or service.

3. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Software, including all related intellectual property rights, is the exclusive property of

and its licensors. This EULA does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all copyrights, trademarks, and trade secrets, are reserved by Prime Salon Leads.

4. Updates and Upgrades

Prime Salon Leads may, at its sole discretion, provide updates, enhancements, or improvements to the Software, which may be automatically downloaded and installed. Such updates are subject to the terms of this EULA unless accompanied by a separate license agreement. Prime Salon Leads reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Software, or any part thereof, at any time without notice.

5. Term and Termination

5.1 Term

This EULA is effective from the date you first use the Software and will continue until terminated by either party.

5.2 Termination by User

You may terminate this EULA by canceling your subscription and ceasing all use of the Software.

5.3 Termination by Prime Salon Leads

Prime Salon Leads may terminate this EULA at any time if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Software will immediately cease, and you must uninstall or delete any copies of the Software.

6. Support Services

Prime Salon Leads may provide support services as part of your subscription, which may include troubleshooting, technical assistance, and other customer support features. Such services are provided at our discretion and may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. PRIME SALON LEADS DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SOFTWARE WILL BE ERROR-FREE, UNINTERRUPTED, OR SECURE, OR THAT ANY DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Salon Leads and its affiliates shall not be liable for any diFooter v2rect, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Software. In no event will Prime Salon Leads' total liability exceed the amount you paid for the Software during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Prime Salon Leads, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorney fees, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software, violation of this EULA, or infringement of any third-party rights.

10. Data Collection and Privacy

By using the Software, you acknowledge that Prime Salon Leads may collect, process, and store certain information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at primesalonleads.com. You agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy, including how your data is collected, used, and shared.

11. Governing Law

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of

without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under or in connection with this EULA shall be resolved in the state and federal courts located in FL.

12. Amendments

Prime Salon Leads reserves the right to update or modify this EULA at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Software after any such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

13. Miscellaneous

Severability: If any provision of this EULA is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Entire Agreement: This EULA constitutes the entire agreement between you and Prime Salon Leads regarding the use of the Software and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.

Waiver: The failure of Prime Salon Leads to enforce any provision of this EULA shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision or the right to enforce it.
