Prime Salon Leads Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By signing up for or using Prime Salon Leads’ services, you ("User" or "You") agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our services. Prime Salon Leads reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

2. Description of Services

Prime Salon Leads provides a suite of marketing and customer relationship management (CRM) tools designed for beauty professionals, including phone calls, SMS marketing, email marketing, appointment scheduling, marketing automation, and more ("Services"). These Services are accessible through a subscription-based model.

3. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

4. Account Registration

To access the Services, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep this information up-to-date. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login information and are liable for all activities that occur under your account.

5. Free Trial

Prime Salon Leads offers a 14-day free trial to new users. The trial period begins on the day you sign up for the Services. During the trial, you can use the features of the selected subscription plan at no cost. At the end of the trial period, your account will automatically convert to a paid subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial expires. Prime Salon Leads reserves the right to modify or terminate the free trial offer at any time.

6. Subscription Plans and Billing

Prime Salon Leads offers various subscription plans. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) until you cancel your subscription. Prices, features, and billing cycles are subject to change, and we will notify you of any changes.

6.1 Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel your subscription prior to the renewal date. The applicable fee will be charged using the payment method on file.

6.2 Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Canceling your subscription will stop future charges, but you will not receive a refund for any remaining period on your current billing cycle.

7. Usage Rules and Prohibited Activities

By using the Services, you agree not to:

Engage in any unlawful or harmful activities, including sending spam, fraudulent communications, or illegal content.Interfere with or disrupt the Services or servers/networks connected to the Services.Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform.Use the Services for any purpose other than intended by Prime Salon Leads.

Prime Salon Leads reserves the right to terminate accounts found in violation of these rules without notice.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality on the Prime Salon Leads platform, including but not limited to software, text, graphics, and logos, are the intellectual property of Promo Applications and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You agree not to copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Services without our express permission.

9. Privacy Policy

Your use of the Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information. By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy.

10. Data and Confidentiality

Prime Salon Leads respects your data privacy and confidentiality. We do not sell your data to third parties. However, we may use aggregated, non-personal data for analytical and marketing purposes. You are responsible for ensuring the confidentiality of client data you collect through our platform.

11. Termination

Prime Salon Leads may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if we determine, at our sole discretion, that you have violated these Terms or if your actions may harm the reputation or operations of Prime Salon Leads.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prime Salon Leads is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities. Our total liability to you, for any reason, will not exceed the amount you paid for the Services during the three (3) months preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

13. Dispute Resolution

In the event of any disputes or claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services, the parties agree to resolve the issue through binding arbitration, conducted in FL. Both parties will bear their own costs for the arbitration process.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of FL, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

15. Amendments and Modifications

Prime Salon Leads reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to our website. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.

16. Miscellaneous

If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The failure of Prime Salon Leads to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
