Prime Salon Leads Subscription & Billing Policy

This Subscription & Billing Policy ("Policy") outlines the terms and conditions governing subscription payments, billing cycles, and cancellations for the services provided by Prime Salon Leads ("we," "us," or "our"). By subscribing to our services, you ("User" or "You") agree to comply with this Policy.

1. Subscription Plans

Prime Salon Leads offers multiple subscription plans, each providing different levels of access to our services. Details of the subscription plans, including features and pricing, are available on our website at primesalonleads.com.

2. Free Trial

We offer a 14-day free trial for new users. During the trial period, you will have access to the features of the selected subscription plan at no cost. Upon expiration of the trial period, your account will automatically transition to a paid subscription plan unless you cancel before the trial ends.

2.a Text, Email, and AI Receptionist Rates

Usage rates apply to all accounts, including accounts on a 14-Day Free Trial. Accounts are billed for usage at the end of every billing cycle. The rates are as followed:

AI Receptionist: $0.04 per message. $10 = 250 messages

Email: $0.0014 per email. $10 = $7,145 emails

Making Calls: $0.028 per minute. $10 = 355 minutes

Receiving Calls: $0.017 per minute. $10 = 590 minutes

Sending or Receiving SMS: $0.0158 per segment. $10 = 635 SMS messages

If you cancel your 14 Free Trial before the billing cycle ends, your account will be debited for all usage immediately after termination of trial.

3. Billing Cycle

3.1 Monthly and Annual Subscriptions

Monthly Subscription: If you choose a monthly subscription plan, you will be billed on a recurring basis every month on the date you initially subscribed.

Annual Subscription: If you choose an annual subscription plan, you will be billed on a recurring basis every year on the date you initially subscribed.

The billing date will be the same day of the month you initially subscribed (or the closest date in subsequent months).

4. Payment Methods

You are required to provide a valid payment method (e.g., credit card) at the time of subscribing. By providing your payment information, you authorize Prime Salon Leads to charge your selected payment method for all fees associated with your subscription plan.

5. Automatic Renewal

All subscription plans automatically renew at the end of the billing cycle (monthly or annually) unless canceled. By subscribing, you authorize Prime Salon Leads to charge the payment method on file for each renewal period.

6. Failed Payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If we are unable to successfully charge your payment method after multiple attempts, your account may be suspended, and access to the services may be restricted until the payment issue is resolved. You can update your payment method by accessing your account settings or contacting our support team.

7. Cancellation Policy

7.1 How to Cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time by:

7.2 Effective Date of Cancellation

Monthly Subscription: If you cancel a monthly subscription, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing period. You will continue to have access to the services until the billing period ends, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

Annual Subscription: If you cancel an annual subscription, the cancellation will be effective at the end of the current billing year. No refunds will be provided for the remaining period.

8. Refund Policy

8.1 Refund Eligibility

Prime Salon Leads does not offer refunds for canceled subscriptions. Once you are billed for a subscription, the payment is non-refundable, and no prorated refunds or credits are offered for partial use of the service.

8.2 Exception: Free Trial Conversion

If you are billed after the expiration of your 14-day free trial and did not intend to continue with a paid plan, you may be eligible for a refund if you contact us within 3 days of the charge. To request a refund, please email our support team at [email protected]

9. Upgrading or Downgrading Subscription Plans

You can upgrade or downgrade your subscription plan at any time through your account settings. When upgrading or downgrading:

Upgrade: You will be charged the prorated difference for the upgraded plan immediately, and the new plan will take effect.

Downgrade: The downgrade will take effect at the start of the next billing cycle. No refunds or credits will be provided for the remaining period of your current plan if downgrading.

10. Price Changes

Prime Salon Leads reserves the right to change subscription plan prices at any time. Any price changes will be communicated to you at least 30 days in advance. Price changes will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle. By continuing to use our services after the price change takes effect, you agree to the new pricing.

11. Taxes

All subscription fees are exclusive of applicable taxes, levies, or duties. You are responsible for paying any such taxes required by law.

12. Termination by Prime Salon Leads

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your subscription if you violate our Terms of Service or Subscription & Billing Policy, or if you engage in any fraudulent or harmful activity. In such cases, no refunds will be provided.
